"Experienced Software Developer"
I've been in the software development game for quite a while now. My journey kicked off back in 1970 as a programmer at a big mainframe company.

This backup software and the support team are truly top-notch, the best I've come across.

The biggest disaster I faced in my career was when the Norton Backup System failed to recover my files after a hard drive crash. Those files held decades of my programming work. Even the highest tier of Norton support (level 3) couldn't help me out! I even reached out to the company's president but got no reply. It was a stressful time, thinking all those years of effort were gone for good. Luckily, I managed to get my files back on my own in the end.

After that nightmare with Norton, I started looking for a dependable backup solution. When I reached out to the Guru squad, it felt like a breath of fresh air. Their customer service is fantastic, and their product is solid. They really go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of.

"Fantastic backup tool that really delivers..."
This fantastic backup tool is superb for saving database and PST files while also allowing for daily automated backups. Honestly, I can't find anything to complain about regarding gs richcopy, except for the cost of the enterprise version that we're currently using.

"GS Rich Copy - Enterprise Edition"
Last year, I began using the enterprise edition of this software after I was having trouble with the backup system for my WD drive. This program really fit the bill and had awesome reviews. The support team has helped me out with a few bumps in the road (my own issues, not the software's, like getting a new computer and then a new external hard drive). They are always quick to respond, dedicated, and super helpful, and I can't praise them enough. My only concern is what happens if the creator decides to retire! :)

Gs Richcopy is great for backing up files and it works well with other storage devices or laptops. It's super efficient, easy to set up, and offers features that let you browse and choose folders, syncing in both directions, plus you can exclude certain files or types.

"Controlling Bandwidth for AWS Transfers"
Having given the bandwidth control option a shot while transferring to AWS storage, I gotta say it’s a solid service that really helps our Datacenter manage bandwidth better, so we don’t get bogged down by what’s being used up. Azcopy used to be my go-to tool and the best one out there, but it lacks the bandwidth control feature. Honestly, I don’t think any other tool offers this, except for Gs Richcopy 360. Big thanks for that!

You nailed it. I was on the hunt for a way to transfer all the permissions from server 2012 to Isilon without any hassle. I gave Robocopy and EMC a shot, but neither worked out; they didn’t grab all the permissions. Some threads and articles pointed to a pricey option called datadobi, but that was way too steep for us. So, we kept digging and stumbled upon a similar problem in the 'Spiceworks' community. The answer turned out to be gs richcopy 360. We reached out to their support, and they were super helpful. GS stands out as one of the most useful backup solutions I've come across. I appreciate how GS helps prevent those pesky out-of-sync issues and allows me to grab quick backups on the fly. My company has been using Gs Richcopy 360 for years, especially for server migrations, and it has really helped us dodge a lot of common headaches, like that annoying "path is too long" error we used to run into all the time before we started using GS. I think your software is fantastic, but for our Linux systems, we stick with Rsync since it doesn’t support that platform.
